The Gift certificates and discount Vouchers is valid until and including the date shown on the certificate. If you buy a carpet with your gift certificate and decide to return the carpet, you will receive another gift certificate with the value of the carpet, less the shipping costs incurred during the return. 
 
 
 
If you have any balance from a previous purchase on your gift certificate, you may use it for a carpet purchase. But if you purchase a carpet with a higher value than the gift certificate you should pay for the difference by bank transfer. The gift certificate should be considered as cash, since it has a value and you should take care of it. Rug Store will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates.
